Clear and respectful communication is essential to maintaining trust and transparency.

15. Payment Methods and Cancellation Policies Clearly state which payment methods you accept and provide transparent information about your cancellation policies. If you do not explicitly state a cancellation policy, parents may assume that no cancellation fees apply.

I authorize the communications team to represent me professionally on these platforms, highlighting my skills and experience.

20. Geographic expansion I support HAPIKLAN's objective to consider a geographic expansion of the platform, allowing expatriate parents to find trusted professionals in their home country. I will be open to the possibility of providing my services to expat parents while respecting the specific regulations and requirements of each country.

21. HAPIKLAN Community As a perinatal and parenthood professional with a membership (free or paid), you undertake to actively participate in the life of the HAPIKLAN Community and contribute to its proper functioning. This includes, but is not limited to, responding promptly to requests and surveys, to the best of your ability, as they are valuable tools for gathering feedback and ideas that enable us to continually improve the services provided by the through our website.
